Perhaps you have never danced but always wanted to try, or maybe you danced as a child or teenager then gave up. This  class is for you! We work slowly and steadily at the barre to build strength, balance and understanding of posture, placing and alignment.  We build to an enjoyable, musical centre practise, then cool down to a live guitar accompaniment. You will feel calmer, happier and centred. Long term benefits include: improved awareness of posture, improved flexibility, toned legs and core, improved balance and overall happiness.​​​​​​​
